Chapel Hill, NC

Of course we had to stop by Chapel Hill! This is what John calls "Holy Ground." Of course he is kidding. We looked through all the shops on Franklin Street and also the book store. We saw a shirt there that said, "You might call it an obsession, we call it UNC basketball." We should have gotten it for John because that is a pretty good description of him but we didn't. All the facilities there were very nice but unfortunately we couldn't go inside the Dean Smith Center because it was closed for the week.










We went to their basketball museum which was pretty cool.
We spent quite a while in the museum looking at all the trophy cases and reading all the different stories.









It is crazy how much talent has gone through Chapel Hill. Although we were only there for a few hours, we enjoyed the time we spent there. It was well worth the stop!
