Penn State Game

We also went to a Penn State game a few days before we left Philly. It was quite the experience. Their stadium holds 107,000 and it got pretty loud. BYU's stadim holds around 65,000 seats so that is just a comparison. They played Syracuse so it wasn't even a huge game for them but the crowd was still really loud.

You can barely see but in the top right corner of this pic you can see the only empty seats in the whole place.

Madi sleeping through the loudest part of the game. She had already missed her first nap of the day and was exhausted.

Philly's Game!!

We went to the Philly's game with our friends Steve and Marinda. They played the SF Giants and got blown out but we still had a lot of fun. We had great seats too!

It was past Madi's bed time so she was being cuddly.

Ever since we went to this game Madi loves to clap. I have been clapping for her her whole life but when she saw everybody doing it at the same time at the game she caught on. It's funny how she is starting to catch on and copy what we do. It is so fun!

Andy comes to Philly

We have been so lucky to have a few visitors come while we were living in Philly. John's brother Andy had to go to New York for business and decided to fly in a couple of days early so he could spend some time with us. We were so glad he did! It's always nice to have visitors. We all went golfing on Saturday, including Madi. She loved riding in the cart and crawling on the green while we were putting. Unfortunately I forgot my camera. Madi and I golfed 8 holes and then had to go so Madi could take a much needed nap. John and Andy played 18 holes and then some in the rain. Madi and I got home just in time for the rain to hit. The boys didn't even mind it!

Sunday we saw all the sites in Philly, again. We are great tour guides :) We got some more good pictures...

Any spare time we had the boys were playing football on the x-box.
We were glad he came to visit us!

Utah Trip

Today is John's last day of selling and then we are out of here! I am the biggest slacker when it comes to blogging now days so I figured I better get caught up before our trip. It seems that I only update once a month. I have no excuse other than I am sleeping a lot. Here is one post and many more to come...

I went to Utah August 12th through the 19th. It was sooooooo nice to have a break from Philly and see family! Poor John was stuck here working :( Madi and I had a 5 hour direct flight which sounds awful but it was way better than having a layover. Addition to the 5 hour flight we sat in the airport for a couple hours and then waited on the runway where we were 7th in line!!!!! I didn't know it was possible to be 7th in line. So we waited another 45 min on the runway. Madi was extremely good which made my life so much easier. The only open seat on the plane happened to be right next to me which was so nice. When Madi got tired, she laid down on my lap and fell asleep! That never happens. We finally got to my parents house and in bed by 1 am eastern time. While I was home I was able to have my first check up for my pregnancy. I was really excited about that because I had no Idea how far along I was. I was nursing Madi and so I had no dates to go by. I found out I was 10 and a half weeks along and that everything looked good. My next visit won't be until 19 weeks since I am across the country and won't be home until then. So we will find out if it is a girl or a boy. I think it is another girl but John thinks it is a boy. We will see!

Here is Madi after our long flight. She was a zombie.

I threw Erin a baby shower while I was home.

Went to Utah Noodle (Oh how I love that place) Mark, Emily, Joy and Gale were there too.

Got together with the whole family:

Met my nephew Drew :)

Me at 11 weeks prego and Erin 31 weeks prego

We also spent a couple days with John's family :)
Madi and Carter with the Grandma...

We went to the Bountiful Bubble and had a lot of fun!

And they got me an icecream cake from cold stone for my birthday :) Yum.
